You can request the deletion of your Sammy account and the personal information associated with it at any time. Follow the steps below and our support team will guide you through the process.

Submit your request by email
Contact team@withsammy.ai with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. In the body of the email, include the email address and phone number associated with the account you wish to have deleted.
Verify ownership of the account
Authenticate and verify your ownership of the account by responding to our support team’s email(s). We will confirm receipt of your original request and ask for any verification information within 10 business days.
Deletion of your information
All personal information associated with the account will be deleted. Anonymised and/or aggregated data may be retained.
